Chief of Staff for Sydostlänken

The location for the position is Kristianstad.

In this recruitment, web-based tests are used as part of the selection process. Interviews are planned to be conducted via Skype in week 13.

Who are you?

Being the Chief of Staff is a great role for you if you have a structured working method, are analytical, meticulous, and results-oriented, have the ability to see the big picture, and can look ahead to develop structures and processes that meet the future needs of the organization. The role also involves a lot of contacts, so as a person, you should be relationship-building and have good collaboration skills where you can easily inspire and create participation while also daring to challenge the organization with new perspectives and alternative solutions to problems. In the Sydostlänken program, we value a good and positive work climate, and we are looking for someone who shares this.

We are looking for you who have:

• a university or college degree in economics or engineering (180 credits) or other education combined with experience that we consider equivalent
• some years of experience in project administration, such as follow-up, finance, forecasts, resource management, and risk management
• good knowledge of the Office suite and comfort with digital working methods
• the ability to express yourself well in speech and writing in Swedish

We consider it a merit if you have:

• experience in large infrastructure projects within construction and civil engineering
• experience in developing or managing working methods and routines
• experience working with quality and/or environmental management systems
