The unit has a turnover of approximately 200 million SEK and consists of 42 employees – both office staff and skilled workers – who together form a secure, competent, and cohesive team with deep knowledge in foundation work.

About the role:

As a Site Manager, you will have overall responsibility for the South region and be part of the management team. You will report directly to the CEO of the company and be a key person in shaping the future of our business and ensuring we meet our goals.

The role includes:

• Strategic responsibility
  Developing and implementing strategies for the unit, focusing on long-term growth and sustainability.
• Financial responsibility
  Budgeting, accountability for results, and ensuring profitability in projects.
• Business development
  Identifying and driving new projects and business opportunities to strengthen our market position.
• Leadership
  Personnel responsibility for the team and inspiring, developing, and driving the business forward.
• Work environment responsibility

You will have overall responsibility for the work environment in the region and ensure that we work safely and securely.

Who are you?

We are looking for someone who has:

• Relevant university education in construction, civil engineering, or a similar field.
• At least 10 years of experience as a leader in foundation/civil engineering.
• Good knowledge of construction law and economics.
• Good knowledge of IT programs and digital tools.
• Driving license B.
• Good Swedish in speech and writing.
