We are in need of a Senior Service Leader in VS to lead production, organize and motivate employees, and ensure high quality in all service assignments.

GK is a large Scandinavian technical contractor and service partner, and our skilled workers are the core of our business. As a Service Leader, you will work closely with both production and customers and be a key person in building and maintaining relationships with clients.

What will your assignment look like?

Examples of tasks:

• Ensure good management of time, cost, quality, risk, progress, and customer satisfaction in service projects and assignments

• Lead, organize, and motivate employees

• Build and maintain relationships with clients, as well as be responsible for and actively work with upselling

• Prepare bids with the right pricing, ensuring they are of high quality and meet profitability requirements and risk profiles

• Establish invoicing documentation and approve invoices according to routine

Your background

We are looking for someone who has:

• HVAC engineering education or equivalent professional experience in HVAC

• At least 5 years of experience in managing service/ROT projects

• Good knowledge of contract law

• Strong analytical skills and an understanding of what drives costs in projects.

• Good communication skills and social competence

• Knowledge of project economics and experience in taking financial responsibility

• Experience in promoting initiatives in sustainability and climate is a plus

• Good knowledge of Wikells

• Good skills in Swedish and English, both spoken and written

• Experience in sales including calculations of service/framework agreements and ROT assignments

• Driver's license and good computer skills
