About the Position

We are looking for an experienced project manager in Construction & Land for a strategic and socially important project at E.ON in Malmö. The assignment concerns subproject B01 within the planning of a new combined heat and power plant in Norra Hamnen – a central part of the transition of Malmö's district heating network towards more sustainable and fossil-free energy production.

The project aims to ensure long-term and stable heat and electricity supply based on renewable and recycled fuels. The facility will include a steam boiler, turbine, flue gas cleaning, flue gas condensation, and systems for fuel handling.

The assignment includes project management up to Gate 2 and involves the preparation of program documents, system documents, and procurement materials.

The position is full-time. Start date to be agreed upon and will last throughout 2026.

Your Main Responsibilities

Tasks

As a project manager, you will be responsible for coordinating and leading the design work within the subproject Land and Construction. You will work closely with designers, other subprojects, and the client organization.

Your main tasks include:

• Participation in the preparation and review of program and system/request documents
• Coordination of disciplines such as Land, Water and Sewage, Geotechnics, Architecture, Construction, Fire Protection, Electrical/Telecommunications, HVAC, and Property Automation
• Leading design meetings
• Follow-up on action points and collaboration with adjacent subprojects (Boiler, Flue Gas Cleaning, Turbine, Fuel Handling, etc.)
• Establishing and following up on the design schedule
• Monitoring risk analyses according to the Designer's work environment responsibility (AFS 2023:13) and providing materials for BAS-P
• Administration of the project portal (structure, review, questions/answers)

The work includes the preparation of:

• Program document (Q2 2026)
• Procurement documents for process equipment (Q2 2026)
• System document and FU for land and construction contracts (Q3–Q4 2026)

Who Are You?

We are looking for someone with several years of experience in project management within larger industrial, energy, or construction projects. You are accustomed to working in complex project environments where multiple disciplines collaborate and where structure and clear guidance are crucial.

You have:

• Solid knowledge of land and construction work as well as installations
• Experience in coordinating multiple technical disciplines
• Good understanding of contract forms and procurement processes
• Ability to lead design work and make technical decisions
• Experience in risk management related to BAS-P
• Very good communication skills
• Experience with Dalux (meritorious)
