Customer Receptionist Skövde
We are looking for someone who is passionate about providing customers with a first-class experience and thrives in a role where technical understanding meets top-notch service.

About the Position
As a Customer Receptionist, you are the hub of our daily workshop operations. You meet our customers both in the reception and over the phone, ensuring that each customer receives a professional and personal greeting.
In this role, you will be responsible for:
- receiving customers and ensuring a positive customer journey throughout the workshop process
- planning workshop bookings and distributing tasks to technicians
- quality assurance, feedback, and follow-up with customers
- technical advice, needs analysis, and preparing cost estimates
- handling warranty and insurance matters
- administration, invoicing, and some retail sales
Together with your colleagues, you actively work to optimize flows, productivity, and quality in the business. You will receive continuous training to develop in your role and report directly to the Service Manager.
About You
We are looking for someone with a genuine technical interest and preferably experience with heavy vehicles. You have a few years of experience in a similar role within the truck or machinery industry and work systematically with order and a good ability to prioritize in a varied environment.
You are confident in customer interactions and work solution-focused, while also having good knowledge of both Swedish and English and are used to working in various systems. Experience from Volvo in the heavy sector or having a driver's license for heavy vehicles is an advantage.
As a person, you are a team player who contributes positive energy, shows respect, and has a strong desire to help both customers and colleagues. You take responsibility, keep your promises, and are driven to deliver high-quality service.
