Rasta Grästorp is a facility that is part of the well-known Rasta chain with 30 meeting places throughout Sweden where we operate restaurants, shops, and hotel services. Here at Rasta Grästorp, we have a restaurant focused on traditional Swedish home cooking as well as a well-stocked traffic shop operated under the OKQ8 brand.

Do you want a fun summer job with a lot of variety? We are currently looking for someone to work in the summer of 2026! The role offers a varied workday with many exciting challenges. You will develop your skills in several areas, from cooking to customer service.

As a restaurant assistant at Rasta, you are an important part of the team and ensure that our guests have a pleasant experience. You will work in a varied and service-oriented environment where you meet guests, handle food and drinks, and contribute to a clean and pleasant restaurant. The pace can be high, but with the right attitude and good collaboration, we create a welcoming atmosphere where both guests and colleagues thrive.

• The role of Restaurant Assistant primarily involves the preparation of sandwiches and salads, serving the daily special, light preparation of our à la carte, and cashier duties.

• There are also many secondary tasks associated with a restaurant, such as cleaning and dishwashing, etc.

• Service-oriented attitude – Ability to greet guests in a friendly and professional manner.

• Stress resilience & flexibility – The restaurant environment can be hectic, especially during peak hours.

• Basic cashier experience – Experience with cash systems and payment handling is an advantage.

• Previous restaurant experience – Experience in restaurants and fast food is a significant advantage.
