About the position Your main task with us will be to provide technical support to production, and you will be responsible for ensuring that production equipment is in GMP-compliant condition and adapted to the changing needs of production. The role includes both internal projects and collaboration with colleagues in all departments at Bioglan, as well as external contacts with various companies that, together with you, are responsible for the technical and administrative measures intended to maintain or restore a unit at Bioglan to a condition where it can perform its function.

You will, for example:

• Perform scheduled maintenance,

• Address urgent breakdowns or production stoppages,

• Provide guidance and training to production staff in changeovers and maintenance,

• Conduct rounds in the factory,

• Participate in the on-call group,

• Update department-specific SOPs,

• Initiate and investigate deviations,

• Work towards driving continuous improvements,

• Initiate and participate in the development of new technical solutions,

• Contribute technical expertise in internal projects,

Your profile To thrive and be successful, you need to have a technical interest and be both flexible and service-minded. You need to be able to work independently after training, but also appreciate being part of a team and act as an unpretentious team player. We would like you to have extensive knowledge in maintenance and operational technology, be motivated by problem-solving, and be very attentive to the needs of production. At the same time, you have a personality that makes you take responsibility for your own priorities, work systematically with a positive attitude, and achieve results by creating good collaboration across functional boundaries.

In addition to this, we see that you have:

• Experience from pharmaceutical production/pharma/medical technology equipment,

• Knowledge of cGMP,

• Fluent language and writing skills in Swedish,

• Experience with mixing reactors, filling machines, and cartoners

• Education as a technician or other equivalent education

• Working hours are 7:00-15:36 Mon-Fri including on-call duty on a rotating schedule
