Job Responsibilities

We are looking for a team leader for assembly at our regional office in Stockholm. As a team leader for assembly, you will be responsible for leading, planning, and distributing work within the assembly operations, which includes both the installation of new elevators and the modernization of existing facilities.

Your role includes supporting and engaging the assemblers in their daily work, following up on production, quality, and work environment, as well as conducting employee and salary discussions. You will coordinate assembly projects in close collaboration with the project organization and external parties such as customers, suppliers, and construction management.

The work also involves administrative tasks such as planning in our systems, tracking times and resources, participating in construction and production meetings, and conducting inspections and follow-ups in the projects. There are also good opportunities to contribute to the development of work methods and routines together with assemblers and colleagues.

You will be based at our office in the Stockholm area and primarily work within the region. Business trips may occur.

Qualifications

For this role, we believe you have a background in the elevator industry. You have a good understanding of elevator assembly, modernizations, and what daily life in elevator projects looks like – from planning to final installation. Experience in a leading or coordinating role within elevator assembly, such as a team leader, lead assembler, or similar, is advantageous.

We place great importance on leadership and personal qualities. You are confident in your role, have the ability to create structure and engagement within the team, and enjoy leading others in a production-oriented environment.

You work in a structured manner, are solution-oriented, and are used to making decisions in an operation where pace, quality, and safety are crucial. You are communicative and find it easy to collaborate with both assemblers, customers, and external parties such as construction management and suppliers.
