We are looking for an occupational therapist for a consulting assignment within municipal health and medical care. The assignment includes work in home healthcare, LSS, special housing, and dementia activities. The work is carried out throughout the municipality and requires flexibility regarding placement and daily planning.

The occupational therapist will be based at Parkbacken in Ånge or Furubacken in Fränsta, depending on the needs of the operation. Depending on the setup of the assignment, the workday may start in either Ånge or Fränsta.

Job Responsibilities

• Individual functional and activity assessments
• Planning and implementation of rehabilitation measures
• Work in home healthcare, LSS, special housing, and dementia
• Collaboration with clients, relatives, and staff
• Documentation according to applicable legislation and routines

Working Hours

• Working hours are weekdays without weekends
• Working hours are either 07:00–16:00 or 08:00–17:00
• One hour for lunch is included
• The occupational therapist can choose their own working hours
• Training will take place over two days before the assignment starts.

About the Assignment

• Assignment period from April 1, 2026, to August 31, 2026
• Possibility of extension by two months at a time, but no later than December 31, 2026
• The assignment can start earlier by agreement
