1177 by phone is a national service that operates around the clock in all regions of Sweden. We are responsible for medical advice throughout Region Västernorrland at all hours of the day. We also collaborate with Västerbotten, Norrbotten, and Jämtland's medical advice services at certain times of the day.

We are now looking for new colleagues. The position is a permanent full-time or part-time employment according to agreement with the recruiting manager. Start date according to agreement. Nurse for 1177, Sundsvall

To assist you in your work, you have a quality-assured symptom-based national decision support and follow a structured conversation process.

As a new employee, you will undergo a comprehensive introduction program with both theoretical and practical training. We are keen to create the best possible conditions for our nurses to feel secure in their role.

We are looking for someone who

• Is a licensed nurse
• Has a few years of professional experience
• Has good knowledge of Swedish in speech and writing
• Can be understood in English

It is advantageous if you

• Have an education in Open health and medical care or other specialist training
• Have experience in reception work and telephone advice
• Have worked with digital advice
• Have additional language skills
