Summer Job as a Personal Assistant in Örnsköldsvik

Job Responsibilities

We are looking for a summer substitute for a male user in Örnsköldsvik.

The user is deafblind and needs staff with knowledge of sign language, preferably tactile sign language. The work involves providing support in daily life – everything from communication, assistance with certain household tasks, guidance, and personal care to social activities. Working hours are scheduled during the day on weekdays and weekends.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who is responsible, has a good attitude, and the ability to adapt to different situations. As a personal assistant, you will work in our users' homes, so we expect you to have a good and respectful approach as well as strong empathetic skills. Previous experience with dementia and personal assistance is an advantage but not essential. The most important thing is that you want to make a difference and have the right attitude.

Requirements:

• Sign language, preferably with tactile sign language
• At least 18 years old
• Fluent in Swedish
