Personal Assistant Needed for Wheelchair-Bound Boy

We are looking for a personal assistant for a cheerful and lively 8-year-old boy in a wheelchair who is curious about life and needs support in all aspects of daily living.
He has a muscle disease called L1, hydrocephalus, and epilepsy.
The work primarily takes place at home with his parents, little sister, and little brother.
We are looking for someone who is responsible, secure, creative, and has a good work ethic.
Previous experience in personal assistance or working with individuals with disabilities is desirable but not a requirement.
We have a vacant position at 54%, where the work involves a mix of evenings, days, and awake nights. Mostly evening shifts from 5 PM to 10 PM. The workplace is in Södra Sandby in Lund Municipality.
CVs will be reviewed by both the manager and the family.
Start date in March.
