Do you want to play a key role in leading company-wide implementations of CRM systems at an innovative company at the forefront? Then you should read on.

In the role of CRM Application Expert, you will be responsible for and lead the company-wide implementation of a centralized Dynamics CRM. You will identify the needs of various business units and sales processes to tailor the system accordingly. In this role, you will work both hands-on and strategically around design, rollout, and user understanding.

For example, you will:

• Project manage the entire chain of requirements, development, and implementation.
• Collaborate closely with the Head of CRM and the responsible Technical Manager to set frameworks and processes.
• Act as a bridge between the business and the CRM teams.

• Has a post-secondary technical education.
• Has several years of experience with CRM systems in a similar role.
• Has driven implementations or updates of CRM systems where you have worked both strategically and hands-on.
• Experience with project methodology.
• Is fluent in Swedish and English in both spoken and written form as the languages are used both internally and externally.

It is a merit if you:

• Have experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales.
• Have experience in other areas within Microsoft.
• Have work experience from an international company.

This is a consultancy assignment which means you will be employed by Friday.
