Do you want to work with proactive and structured consulting and solution sales of both experts and larger commitments within IT and management?

We are now looking for two Key Account Managers who will work in parallel with their own customer portfolios, but with shared goals and close collaboration around prioritized prospects and larger deals.

Assignment and Business

Your task is to identify and engage customers where B3 can become an important partner over time. You will work closely with two units within B3, based at our office in central Stockholm. The roles have a clear focus on new customers, significant personal responsibility, and measurable growth targets.

You will sell both technical delivery and strategic transformation – moving between operational needs and management-related initiatives in the same customer dialogue.

Our customers are found in both the private and public sectors, with several medium-sized and larger companies and organizations as references.

B3 Development Stockholm

A specialist cluster within modern system development and cloud technology. We deliver senior developers and complete teams to customers with high demands on quality, scalability, and pace.

B3 Business Transformation

Senior management consultants who drive AI and digitalization initiatives from idea to realized business benefits, close to management teams and in business-critical decisions and transformations.

At the same time, you have access to the entire B3 Group's combined expertise, offerings, and delivery capacity as support when identifying and developing businesses and profitable customer relationships.

Your Role

As a Key Account Manager, you are responsible for building and developing business from the ground up.

You:

• Identify and analyze relevant prospects and markets

• Build and structure your own pipeline

• Map existing framework agreements, entries, and relationships

• Analyze buying behavior and decision-making processes

• Schedule and conduct qualified meetings with decision-makers

• Drive the business from first contact to quote, negotiation, and closure

• Coordinate internally to ensure the right offer

• Work structured in CRM and follow up against set goals

This is not a role where you monitor incoming leads or merely match CVs against requests. Your task is to be active in the market, create a pipeline, and close deals. You do this in a way that builds trust and enables the development of the customer over time with more and larger deliveries from B3. You have a clear mandate to drive business and negotiate within given frameworks.

We are looking for someone who

• Has at least 5 years of documented experience in B2B sales of consulting services within IT or management

• Is used to building and structuring a pipeline independently

• Has documented experience in driving business from prospecting to closure

• Understands the logic of the consulting business and relationship-based sales

• Is comfortable in dialogue with decision-makers at management and IT levels

• Thrives in a fast-paced environment with a clear focus on closing
