What we offer you

We offer you a developing job and are looking for someone with a genuine interest in food, meals, and people, who wants to create the best dining experience for our citizens together with us. As a pool chef, no day is the same, making the job exciting, stimulating, and varied. You will work in different kitchens, with different menus, teams, and guests in preschools, schools, and elderly care. You will get to know many interesting colleagues and workplaces and, together with your team or as a solo chef, be responsible for meal quality and cooking in the kitchen.

Your tasks include preparation and cooking of food, meals, and special diets. Additionally, all tasks that occur in a large kitchen and serving, such as self-control, dishwashing, and cleaning, are included. You are expected to have a sustainable approach and make effective use of financial resources. In the role of pool chef, you will also have the opportunity to influence and develop your work in various workgroups and forums. You will also perform some administrative tasks such as ordering, invoice management, and dietary data management.

Who are you

We are looking for someone with a chef's education or other relevant training as assessed by the employer, or equivalent work experience. You need to have worked a few years as a chef and have experience with special diets. To get around to different kitchens, you also need a B driver's license and access to your own car. You have good computer skills and basic knowledge of the most common programs in Microsoft 365, e.g., Teams. To read and understand work instructions, you need to be proficient in Swedish, both spoken and written. You should also be able to handle physically demanding work with heavier lifting.

If you have experience working with Matilda or another dietary data system and Unit4 or another e-commerce system, it is an advantage.
