We are looking for part-time staff for the reception at Hotel Skansen – a vibrant and historic hotel right by the sea. About the Position

The reception is the heart of the hotel, and here you will be at the center of events. We work with preparations for the guests' arrival, welcoming our guests, checking them in and out, and assisting them during their stay with us. You will work in a cheerful team with high goals where collaboration and communication are important. The position is a part-time employment as needed, and may possibly become more. Working hours are varied. Day, evening, and weekend work is common, so flexibility and a positive attitude are crucial.

About You

We want you to have a genuine sense of service and a burning interest in hospitality. You are an organized and orderly person who takes responsibility for your work and takes initiative. You should have very good knowledge of Swedish and English. Additional language skills are a plus. You have good computer skills. Knowledge of the booking system Hotsoft is an advantage. You are someone who enjoys working both independently and in a team.

Your Main Responsibilities

• Welcome and check in/out guests
• Handle bookings, phone calls, and emails
• Provide service and information about the hotel and the surrounding area
• Ensure that the lobby and reception are welcoming and tidy
