Join us in creating service that truly makes a difference. As a Team Leader at The Nooq, you are both a leader and a culture bearer, ensuring that the core values permeate everyday life - in every meeting. With significant responsibility for daily operations in Malmö or Lund, you create structure, engagement, and security within the team, ensuring high-quality service and making guests always feel at home. Here, your ideas turn into action – and your leadership makes a difference every day!

About the position

This is a consulting assignment with good opportunities for permanent employment. In this role, you will initially be employed by Bravura, and it is stated that COLIVE, the company behind the launch of The Nooq, intends to offer you employment with them in the long run. This provides both you and COLIVE a great opportunity to get to know each other and evaluate how you enjoy your collaboration.

About the company

The Nooq is more than a hotel. It is a living community and a social meeting place where curious people meet in an open and welcoming environment. Here, the stay is more than just check-in and check-out; it is about relationships, experiences, and a genuine feeling of belonging. Guests often stay longer, get to know each other, and build relationships with the team on site. This makes your role more personal, dynamic, and meaningful than in a traditional hotel.

The workplace is characterized by openness, innovation, and team spirit. You are offered a role where you are encouraged to take responsibility, contribute your ideas, and put your personal touch on the experience. Decisions are made close to the organization, which means that your ideas, personality, and engagement directly affect how The Nooq is experienced.

The Nooq is the next step in COLIVE's journey – a new hotel concept based on extensive experience in coliving. By challenging traditional structures, more social, flexible, and sustainable ways of living have been developed for young adults. With active influence on regulations and decision-makers, COLIVE has contributed to shaping the future of living. At The Nooq, this philosophy meets the hotel world in a modern home away from home, where community and flexibility combine with the hotel experience of the future.
