About you

We are looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a natural sense of service. We would like you to:

• Be stress-resistant and able to prioritize tasks under high tempo.
• Have a positive attitude and be a good team player.
• Be meticulous and attentive to guests' needs.
• Focus on the guest, and we see that experience from previous work in the restaurant industry is a requirement.
• Experience as a bartender is a plus.

Your responsibilities

As a waiter/waitress with us, you are the face of the restaurant and responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere. Your main tasks include:

• Guest reception: Welcome guests and show them to their tables.
• Ordering & Recommendation: Present the menu, answer questions about ingredients/allergies, and provide recommendations.
• Service: Deliver food and drinks in a professional and efficient manner.
• Cash & Payment: Handle payments and cash register work.
• Guest care: Ensure that guests are satisfied throughout their visit.
• Preparations: Setting tables, wiping down tables, and ongoing cleaning in the restaurant.

You work as a team member with your colleagues to contribute to a pleasant and enjoyable environment for our guests. As a waiter/waitress, you are responsible for your own cash register and service at your assigned station in close collaboration with colleagues and managers.
