About the job

Position: Permanent employment for 32 hours a week, probationary period applies.

Start date: 2025-02-03 or by agreement

Working hours: You will vary between working early mornings, daytime, evenings, and weekends

Requirements: High school education, good knowledge of Swedish (spoken and written). We welcome applicants of all ages, but due to the Work Environment Act, you must be at least 18 years old

We are looking for you who want to be part of our wonderful team at Willys Simrishamn Skanshill! In the checkout line, we help our customers check out their goods, making the department an important place in the store where we have the chance to leave a good last impression of ourselves. You are an important part of the store team that ensures our customers have the best shopping experience. Here’s a bit more about the position:

• Together with your colleagues, you will manage the daily operations in the checkout line.
• You ensure that our customers can complete their purchases smoothly with our checkout options.
• In the checkout line, you meet many customers daily, always with great energy, knowledge, intuition, and a big smile.

About you

• You are social, outgoing, and a real pro at customer service.
• You want to learn new things and develop.
• You have a positive attitude and want to have fun at work.
• You see when something needs to be done, roll up your sleeves, and get it done.
• You find it easy to collaborate with others – we work together as a team!
• It’s an advantage if you have worked in retail or in service, but it’s not a requirement.
• You speak, write, and understand Swedish. Many of our customers speak more languages than that, so if you do too, that’s great!
