Experienced Property Manager for FINAB – Nyköping

FINAB is looking for an experienced property manager who wants to take significant responsibility while being the face of the company. This role suits you if you are comfortable in customer contact, enjoy solving problems on-site, and deliver on what FINAB stands for; a long-term partner for secure, efficient, and hassle-free property ownership.

About FINAB

FINAB is a property partner that takes full responsibility for operations, maintenance, and development – with a single point of contact for the customer and a delivery that feels secure, simple, and professional. With over 30 years of experience in property services in Nyköping, comprehensive solutions are provided for property owners through a setup with one contact person and a team that takes responsibility all the way: from maintenance plans and inspections to emergency responses and ongoing operations. The working method is based on clear communication, quick feedback, and trust towards customers.

The Role

As a property manager, you will work broadly with property maintenance “in all its aspects” in and around properties in Södermanland and surrounding areas. Mostly independent work, but sometimes in a team.

Examples of tasks:

  • Ongoing property maintenance indoors and outdoors.

  • Repairs and actions: replacing toilets, resealing faucets, repairing walls, fixing windows, etc.

  • Basic construction and finishing work, ongoing maintenance and supervision.

  • Garden-related tasks related to the properties.

  • Be a customer-oriented problem solver with a focus on the whole, quality, and feedback.

What is required to succeed

FINAB's customers choose FINAB for a frictionless experience: clear feedback, the right person for the right job, and actions that create security for both property owners and tenants. Therefore, you need to be professional in your approach and delivery – every day.

We are looking for someone who

Requirements:

  • Solid experience in property management and practical maintenance.

  • Driver's license (B).

  • Can work independently and take responsibility throughout your delivery.

Meritorious:

  • Driver's license (BE).

  • Electrical training.

  • Certificates/courses: lift operation, hot work, chainsaw, first aid, etc.

  • High school diploma.

As a person, you are:

  • Solution-oriented, proactive, and have “an eye for the property”.

  • Structured with order and tidiness.

  • Unpretentious: seeks help when needed and collaborates well with others.

  • Aware that you are the company's face to the outside.

What FINAB offers

  • Full-time, permanent position.

  • Working hours 07–16.

  • Collective agreement.

  • A company with great engagement, open atmosphere, and a team that enjoys working together.

  • Opportunity for relevant training related to the tasks.
