Your Responsibilities

We are seeking a committed and responsible process operator for work on a five-shift schedule with one of our industrial clients. You will play a key role in production, where you lead a workgroup while driving improvement efforts to optimize processes.

In your role, you will:

• Lead and coach a small group of operators in daily operations.
• Participate in improvement work focusing on quality, efficiency, and safety.
• Be responsible for ensuring production meets set goals and routines.
• Contribute to creating a positive and safe work environment.

Your Profile

• Experience as a process operator in an industrial setting.
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to inspire and support others.
• Interest in improvement work, such as Lean or Six Sigma.
• Ability to work in a structured and solution-oriented manner.
