Attendo S:t Jörgen care and nursing home is located in Hisings Backa, 10 minutes from central Gothenburg, beautifully situated near lush green areas and S:t Jörgen Park.
S:t Jörgen is divided into two properties with a total of 84 apartments focusing on somatic care, dementia, and short-term stays.
Job Description We are now looking for dedicated temporary staff for Attendo S:t Jörgen care and nursing home during the summer of 2026.
As a nursing assistant/care assistant with us, you play a crucial role in creating a safe and stimulating environment for our clients. You are responsible for providing good care and support to our clients. Creating a positive and social atmosphere during meals is a significant part of your role, as well as contributing to various activities that brighten the everyday life of our elderly. You are flexible, cooperative, and responsible in your work role. You find it stimulating to work in a team with colleagues and nurses/rehab and together create good care and support.
Your tasks include, among others:
Personal care according to the organization's routines based on the client's individual needs and wishes
Assist with preparing, cooking, and serving meals, cleaning, laundry, etc., as needed.
Perform documentation and work according to decided interventions
Collaborate with external and internal contacts such as guardians, relatives, residents, nurses, and rehab staff.

Requirements:
Good language skills in Swedish, both spoken and written.
Good computer skills/computer familiarity
Meritorious:
Experience in care work in elderly care
