A telecom organization is preparing to sign a new lease agreement and may either adapt its current office solution or relocate. To secure the tenant’s interests throughout execution, we are looking for an experienced Tenant Representative to lead the dialogue with the landlord and construction parties during design, fit-out, delivery, and handover.

This is a temporary role requiring strong experience in construction processes and construction contract law, with the ability to balance contractual accuracy with business pragmatism.

• Act as the tenant’s single point of contact (SPOC) towards landlord, project team, and contractors during fit-out and delivery
• Ensure lease terms and landlord obligations are implemented and followed up throughout the project
• Represent tenant requirements in design decisions, technical solutions, and delivery planning
• Drive stakeholder management across internal and external parties in a complex environment
• Provide design and technical oversight covering building systems, technical infrastructure, and workplace needs
• Monitor quality, cost, and timeline to minimize deviations and unplanned changes
• Identify risks and issues early and coordinate mitigation actions
• Support handover planning to secure operational readiness and reduce post-move defects or disputes

• Experience in commercial real estate and construction/fit-out or workplace projects
• Experience with IT/AV and technical installations, security, and facilities management in office environments
• Strong understanding of lease agreements, technical specifications, construction processes, and construction contract law
• Proven ability to work in complex stakeholder environments involving landlords and tenants
• Technical education in building systems, technical infrastructure, and/or workplace design
• Negotiation skills with the ability to translate business needs into technical requirements
• Risk management and structured problem-solving capability

• Experience from relocation and change projects larger than 10,000 sqm
• Commercial understanding and business awareness
• Leadership experience
