As an Operational Supervisor, you will be responsible for planning, leading, and following up on daily warehouse operations and ensuring that materials are in the right place at the right time. The role is operational and involves working on process development, efficiency, and team performance.

You will, for example:

Lead and distribute daily work within goods reception, picking, delivery, and inventory
Plan order intake, incoming deliveries, and daily goals in the planning system
Work operationally in the warehouse and support the team in practical work
Follow up on key performance indicators related to quality, delivery, and efficiency
Coach and develop the warehouse team towards set goals
Collaborate with other departments to improve warehouse and logistics flows

Personal Profile

As a person, you are structured, communicative, and confident in your leadership. You are used to working both operationally and strategically and have the ability to motivate and develop those around you. Great emphasis is placed on your personal qualities as we are looking for a team player who wants to contribute to a positive and efficient work environment.

We are looking for someone who:

Has a high school education or equivalent
Has several years of experience in warehousing/logistics
Has leadership experience
Has a forklift license A+B
Communicates fluently in Swedish, both spoken and written, and has a good understanding of English
Has good computer skills and works comfortably in Excel and the Office suite

Meritorious:

Experience with SAP or other logistics systems
Driving license B
Experience in transport planning
Leadership training

Scope: Full-time
Working hours: 07:00-15:30
Location: Järfälla (near Barkarby station)
