Joex is a small family-owned company based in Grödinge that performs transportation within the construction industry. We drive our own Joex bags available in three sizes. We deliver bags to the customer, who fills them and then books a pickup. We also deliver crushed materials and fill materials with a bucket, in bags, dumped on site, or in containers. We also assist with filling sandbags and deliver, among other things, geotextiles. Our customers are primarily construction and corporate clients.

We are currently looking for a crane truck driver. You will be part of a small team with a strong work ethic. We share the jobs and help each other throughout the day. Currently, we have 6 employees and a very low turnover rate. People tend to stay with us for a long time. We operate throughout the greater Stockholm area, focusing on waste management, large bags, and freight transport.

As a crane truck driver, you will:

• Drive a three-axle crane truck in Greater Stockholm.

• Deliver and pick up construction bags and handle waste at the customer’s site.

• Perform other transportation tasks related to construction activities, such as crushed materials, fill materials, moving machines, or storage containers.

• Resolve problems that arise at the customer’s site during the workday.

We have a shared list of daily stops and tasks. When the list is complete, the workday is done. We work together and help each other finish.

Responsibilities You are responsible for meeting the customer's needs in a professional and smooth manner. You are the face of the company and have daily customer contact. You are responsible for ensuring that the work is performed safely and correctly and that vehicles and equipment are handled properly.

Desired profile:

• C driver's license.

• Crane license for over 18 meters.

• YKB (Professional Driver Certificate).

• Good Swedish language skills, as the job involves a lot of customer contact.

We are looking for someone who:

Is flexible and self-sufficient; as workdays can change and you need to be able to make your own decisions at the customer’s site.

Is responsible and solution-oriented; as you often help the customer find practical solutions on-site.

Has a strong work ethic and enjoys working in a small team; as we work closely together and help each other complete the day’s tasks.

It is a plus if you:

• Have a CE driver's license.

• Have several years of experience driving a crane truck.
