About the position

Perido is now seeking an Operations Coordinator for ThreeByOne Europe AB, the company behind the brands Neuw Denim and Brand Jeans. The work takes place at the office on Tulegatan in Stockholm.

Your responsibilities

As an Operations Coordinator, you play a central role in ensuring that the company operates efficiently and successfully in the European market. The role is broad and independent with significant personal responsibility, while also involving close collaboration with a driven and engaged team.

You will work closely with several functions such as purchasing, warehousing, distribution, customer support, and e-commerce to optimize processes, flows, and systems.

Main areas and tasks:

Coordination of operational processes

• Coordinate daily operational activities to ensure smooth operations
• Follow up and analyze workflows and identify improvement opportunities

E-commerce

• Be responsible for the daily operations of e-commerce platforms (Shopify)
• Ensure correct handling of products, campaigns, and inventory information
• Ensure efficient order flows and a high customer experience
• Collaborate with marketing on initiatives that drive sales

Inventory management

• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate replenishment
• Ensure accurate inventory accounting and management

Supplier and order management

• Communicate with suppliers and follow up on purchase orders and deliveries
• Manage and follow up on customer orders and collaborate with customer service on discrepancies

Analysis, reporting & projects

• Collect, analyze, and report operational data to management
• Contribute with improvement suggestions for increased efficiency and productivity
• Participate in and support projects related to operations and supply chain
• Contribute to strategic initiatives that support brand growth

The role also includes customer contact, for example during meetings or dinners with clients.

Requirements:

• Experience with ERP systems and a good understanding of operational processes
• Experience in e-commerce, preferably Shopify
• Advanced skills in Excel and data management, beyond basic level
• Experience in order and inventory management
• Good knowledge of MS Office
• Good communication skills in Swedish and English, both spoken and written

Meritorious:

• Relevant education in logistics, economics, or project coordination
• Experience from retail or the fashion industry
• Experience with B2B systems as well as helpdesk or support related to e-commerce
• Experience in data analysis and reporting
