Il Frakt och Företagstjänst is a family-owned company founded in 1984. The company has extensive experience in distribution and construction transport and today offers a wide range of services in the field. The business is characterized by stability, long-term relationships, and close connections with both customers and employees.

Today, Il Frakt och Företagstjänst has about 40 employees, of which around 15 work as distribution drivers. The assignments come through the transport central Foria, and the customers consist of both large construction companies such as NCC, Skanska, and Peab, as well as smaller companies. The work is carried out in close collaboration with transport management and customers, where quality, service, and punctuality are important parts of each assignment.

We are currently looking for an additional distribution driver for the crane truck as the business continues to develop and the need for more reliable and responsible drivers has increased. You will work independently in your role but will always have support from transport management and colleagues when needed. The closest contact will be through transport management, primarily by phone during working hours.

As a distribution driver for the crane truck, you will among other things:

• Pick up the truck in Botkyrka and then go to the terminal to load for the day's first run.

• Perform about 10 to 15 deliveries per day, with some deliveries requiring punctuality.

• Transport ventilation and various types of construction materials to and from construction sites and stores.

• Work independently based on work orders communicated through the transport central.

• Use the crane for loading and unloading according to applicable safety procedures.

• Ensure that vehicles and equipment are intact, clean, and in good condition.

• Maintain ongoing contact with transport management for support when needed.

Responsibilities You are responsible for ensuring that your transports and lifts are carried out safely, efficiently, and professionally. This means following work orders, delivery times, and traffic and safety regulations. You are also responsible for the correct handling of the crane and for reporting according to the company's procedures. The role also includes interacting with customers in a service-oriented manner, as you are often the company's face to the outside.

Desired profile

• You have experience working as a distribution driver.

• You have a C driver's license and a valid YKB.

• You have a crane driver's license for over 18 meters.

• You have good physical fitness as the job may involve some heavy lifting.

• You are proficient in Swedish, both spoken and written, as all customer contact, work orders, and reporting are done in Swedish.

Is independent and responsible, as you plan and carry out your work on your own without constant supervision.

Is service-oriented and cooperative, as you have daily contact with customers and need to function well in different work environments.

Is meticulous and safety-conscious, as the job involves both transport and crane work at construction sites.
