We at Attendo are now looking for a licensed nurse for our operation in Fiskebäck (Västra Frölunda, Gothenburg).

About the role As a nurse with us at Fiskebäck, you will have a varied job where you work long-term with health plans to improve the quality of life for the residents, but you are also the one who makes assessments and decisions about actions in acute situations. Your responsibilities also include providing good palliative care. The transition to Close Care means that more and more specialized healthcare interventions are taking place at the residence. This gives you a variety of stimulating and developing tasks. You will have a leading role with great opportunities to influence the operation.

As a nurse within Attendo, you are significant and your competence is highly valued. The work is independent while you have access to many competent colleagues in our nursing networks. You are part of the team that works to empower the individual.

Main responsibilities

• Medication management

• Work in national quality registers

• Supervision of nursing staff

• Nursing responsibility for patients

Who are you?

As a person, you are responsible, independent, and humble with the ability to prioritize. You enjoy guiding and delegating nursing staff in health and medical tasks and are motivated by creating high-quality care together with your colleagues for those who live with us.

Qualifications

• Licensed nurse

• At least three years of professional experience, preferably in elderly care

• Very good knowledge of the Swedish language in both spoken and written form

• Driving license B

It is a merit if you also have

• Experience from working in private care operations

• Experience in supervision

• Education in geriatrics or district nursing.
