About the Job

Dickson's care and nursing home is looking for someone who wants a varied and developing role.

You will work closely with operations according to a schedule and be a role model in daily care work. With your commitment and competence, you support colleagues by guiding them in practical work and contributing to safe and quality care for our tenants. The role also includes training colleagues, driving development projects, and actively working to improve the quality of the operations.

In your role as a care supervisor, you will continuously plan the assignment together with the unit manager based on the needs of the operations. The focus is on providing support and guidance to employees in their daily work, as well as long-term development and follow-up.

Your working hours are according to a schedule, including days, evenings, and weekends, 38.25 hours/week.

About You

We are looking for someone who:

• Has a vocational college education of at least 200 YH in care and nursing, or a university education that the employer deems relevant for the position.
• Has training in pedagogy.
• Is well-grounded in the salutogenic approach and the national value framework.
• Has good knowledge of creating implementation plans according to IBIC and has a good understanding of the Social Services Act.
• Has good computer skills for documentation and deviation management in various IT systems, as well as good Swedish language skills in both speech and writing.

It is an advantage if you have:

• Training in care & nursing.
• Training in how to educate in star rating.
• Experience working with the BPSD registry.

Personal Qualities:

You are pedagogical, clear in your communication, and find it easy to explain complex matters in a simple way. You show respect and consideration for those you meet in your professional role. You have the ability to explain problems and information to different recipients and from different perspectives. By being interested and creating understanding for others, you contribute to a respectful work climate.
