Our Operations

At the rehabilitation unit, occupational therapists, physiotherapists, social workers, and speech therapists work together. We are collectively responsible for interventions in the hospital's various departments within the area of medicine and surgery. The operations include both inpatient care and specialized outpatient care. The workgroup currently consists of about 30 colleagues, some who are new to their profession and others with more extensive experience in their roles.

At the rehabilitation unit, we value good collaboration as we work in multiprofessional teams around the patient. Care, security, and joy at work permeate our everyday life, both during patient meetings and among colleagues.

Your Assignment

You will have the opportunity to try tasks related to your upcoming profession and gain valuable experiences for the future.

We offer introduction and guidance based on your needs and experiences to create good conditions for you. You will have experienced occupational therapist colleagues to work with.

Your Qualifications

We are looking for someone who is or is studying to be an occupational therapist and has completed at least semester 4 and has done clinical practice in acute somatic inpatient care.

Your Competence

We are looking for someone who is secure, has self-awareness, and can distinguish between personal and professional matters. You remain calm and controlled under stress or in pressured situations and focus on the right things. You plan, organize, and prioritize work effectively within set time frames. We seek someone with good collaboration skills who is attentive and resolves conflicts constructively.

We Offer

We offer a fixed-term full-time position. Start in early June. We prefer that you are available to work during the holiday period weeks 25-33.
