Are you our new Sous Chef?

You will work directly under the Executive Chef.

The job includes:

• Leading and distributing work in the daily operations of the kitchen
• Following our purchasing routines and supplier agreements
• Being responsible for some staff planning together with the Executive Chef
• Coaching and motivating the staff
• Continuously evaluating the quality of what is produced and staying updated on new products and methods
• Controlling and following up on self-monitoring according to HACCP

We believe that you:

• Have good knowledge of gastronomy, nutrition, and kitchen economy
• Are structured and efficient.
• Have experience in organizing, planning, and executing larger productions
• Cook with passion and share that with others
• Have the ability to make quick decisions.
• Have several years of documented experience in a similar position
• Have good knowledge of Swedish and English
• Have experience in documenting and following hygiene routines in accordance with food legislation
