As part of the team in Gothenburg, you will work with:

• Installation, commissioning, and troubleshooting of modern alarm systems
• Planned customer visits where you are responsible for the dialogue from start to finish
• Needs analysis and recommendations for system improvements
• Upselling based on consulting and long-term value

You will travel by service vehicle and plan your workday based on pre-booked assignments. In each meeting, you are both a technician and an advisor - someone who sees the potential in the customer's existing solution and helps them find safer, smarter alternatives.

Requirements:
* B driver's license
* Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written
* Able to travel for work approximately one week per month

If you have previously worked with installation, service, sales, or similar roles, that is a plus - but the most important thing is your willingness to learn and your ability to build trust with customers.
