Are you studying a science-related field at university and looking for a rewarding part-time job?

Chiesi Pharma is now seeking a part-time employee for the Pharmaceutical Affairs team, starting in June.

ABOUT THE POSITION

Chiesi has its office in modern premises on Klara Norra Kyrkogata in central Stockholm. The Nordic operations consist of approximately 130 employees within R&D, marketing, and administration. Chiesi's development and production focus on three areas: respiratory diseases, neonatology/specialist care, and rare diseases.

As a part-time employee, you will be part of the Pharmaceutical Affairs team, which primarily works with customer complaints, adverse events, and regulatory affairs. The role is administrative and provides you with valuable and rewarding experience in the pharmaceutical industry.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Tasks

  • Manage administration related to complaints by receiving, physically handling, and documenting incoming complaints and reporting these to manufacturers in Italy and France.
  • Support in handling reported adverse events.
  • Handle other administrative tasks such as archiving.

WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU WHO

  • Is studying a degree in biomedicine, pharmacy, chemistry, biotechnology, medical technology, or similar at university. We prefer that you are in the early stages of your studies and have at least two years left (graduation in summer 2028 or later).
  • Has very good oral and written skills in English and Swedish or another Nordic language, as both languages are used daily.
  • Can work full-time during the summer (with room for a week of vacation) and about one day a week during the semesters.
  • It is a plus if you speak and understand Finnish, but it is not a requirement.

As a person, you are responsible, meticulous, and quality-conscious. You are curious about the pharmaceutical industry and have a desire to develop. You work in a structured manner, have good collaboration skills, and are happy to support where needed. Since you will be working in a small group, we place great emphasis on personal suitability.

Other information

  • Start: Early/mid-June - long-term alongside your studies.
  • Extent: Full-time during the summer until week 33–35 (approximately). Thereafter about one day a week alongside your studies.
  • Location: Central Stockholm.
