We are looking for an Area Tech Lead for a long-term assignment with a leading product company in FinTech and SaaS. You will play a key role in one of the organization's fastest-growing product areas, focusing on financing solutions for small and medium-sized enterprises. In this role, you will combine strategic technical leadership with operational responsibility for architecture and development, with high demands on scalability, robustness, and technical quality.

• Take technical responsibility for deliveries, quality, and architecture within the product area
• Drive continuous technical improvement, innovation, and knowledge sharing
• Work hands-on with code to ensure relevant and sustainable solutions
• Coach and mentor developers and drive technical skills development
• Act as a technical sounding board and support for teams in the area
• Collaborate closely with product and design management to balance technical needs with business-driven functionality
• Develop, document, and communicate architectural direction and technical strategy
• Represent the technology area in internal and external forums
• Participate in and lead technical interviews

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering, or equivalent
• At least 10 years of experience in professional software development
• At least 3 years of experience in a leading technical role (Tech Lead, Senior Developer, Architect, or equivalent)
• Solid experience in designing and implementing scalable, distributed systems
• Experience in coaching and mentoring developers and driving technical skills development
• Experience with Domain Driven Design (DDD) and its application in distributed systems
• Fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written

• Experience with JVM-based languages, especially Kotlin
• Experience in FinTech
• Experience in product companies within SaaS
