Your role

You will work in a team with four other technicians/operators where you will jointly be responsible for the operation and maintenance of media facilities. The media department's area of operation includes, among other things, heating, ventilation, water supply, water lifting from open-pit mines, dust systems, flue gas boiler/district heating, and compressed air.

At the media department in Svappavaara, we have a strong community and short contact paths, which means opportunities for influence and participation in shaping and developing work methods and your workday. You will have strong support from solution-oriented colleagues and close collaboration with other professional groups in media.

Your everyday life at Media:

• Operation of water lifting in mines, investigations, troubleshooting, and action proposals
• Monitoring and maintenance of pumping facilities
• Dams inspections
• Renovations in exciting environments
• Operation and maintenance of flue gas boilers, oil boilers, and pressurized vessels
• Installation and maintenance in areas such as HVAC

What you bring with you

• High school diploma or equivalent education
• Driver's license B (manual)
• You must master the Swedish language in speech and writing
• Education or experience in industry or mechanics (meritorious)
