About the Position

Job Responsibilities

As a fiber technician, you will be responsible for customers throughout the Norrbotten region. You need to have a communicative nature and a personal drive that ensures customers are satisfied and feel understood. Your role involves working independently with flexible and mobile workdays, but it requires you to take significant responsibility for planning and organizing your time in relation to schedules and in close collaboration and dialogue with dispatch.

Some of your primary tasks will include working with maintenance and new construction of the fiber network, focusing on welding, splicing, and blowing fiber, as well as measuring and documentation.

On-call work may occur in the evenings and weekends, and work may also take place in other locations if needed. You will start from your home and then travel to various assignments.

We believe that you have or can possess several or some of the following qualities and skills:

• Have worked as a fiber technician in transport networks, area networks, or FTTH.
• Have a high level of ambition and aim to develop in the field.
• Have good computer skills as part of the role involves documentation in our systems.

Requirements for the position:

• Driver's license B.
• Communicates fluently in Swedish, both spoken and written.
