Your everyday tasks involve both internal and external maintenance related to the needs of the housing cooperative. Internal maintenance may include monitoring of the substation, ventilation, etc., as well as reporting faults related to the properties. External property maintenance is seasonal and includes lawn mowing, trimming, and snow removal. The role will also involve work with property and operational technology.

You will work both independently and together with your colleagues, where you will have great freedom to solve the challenges you face in your work. You will be responsible for creating an annual plan for the areas you oversee, allowing you to largely control your work in both the short and long term.

In the role of property caretaker, you work closely with customers and represent HSB. Qualities such as attention to detail, sense of responsibility, and commitment are essential to fulfill the assignment and deliver high quality. You should be able to work both independently and in a team. Furthermore, we expect you to share our values and that your actions towards members and customers are based on them.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has previous experience in property maintenance
• Has a B driver's license for manual transmission.
• Is proficient in Swedish, both spoken and written.

It is an advantage if you have:

• Experience or education in property and operational technology.
• Experience in any of the following areas: plumbing, electrical work, construction, and/or repairs.

The position is a permanent employment with an initial probationary period. Start date will be as soon as possible by agreement. Location is Luleå. In this recruitment, we work with ongoing selection, which means we may call for interviews before the application deadline has passed.
