About the Company:

Part Group is a family-owned group with approximately 500 employees generating around 1 billion SEK in annual revenue. Operations are conducted in the companies PreBad AB, Altor Industrie, Isolamin Sweden AB, Space Interior Sweden AB, and PCS Modulsystem AB. The headquarters is located in Kalix, where most of the operations are based.

They provide prefabricated solutions for hotels, nursing homes, and residential properties to construction contractors and real estate companies. We have a sales office in Arlandastad, Sweden.

About the Position:

They are looking for a service coordinator for our service department.

You will work in a team consisting of service coordinators, an administrator, a material manager, a team leader, and a service manager.

As a service coordinator, you will coordinate and plan technicians for addressing complaints regarding our bathrooms. The main tasks include:

  • Planning and coordinating service assignments on various projects
  • Daily contact with customers and projects via phone and email
  • Handling work orders in our case management system
  • Invoicing

The position is full-time (100%)

Your Profile/Who Are We Looking For:

We are looking for someone with relevant education and experience in planning and customer contacts. You are flexible and can easily switch between tasks, enjoy working both independently and collaboratively. We see that you are structured, meticulous, and thrive in a periodically high work pace. Since the position involves many contacts, good collaboration and communication skills, as well as high integrity, are important.

We place great emphasis on your personal qualities.

Requirements:

  • Relevant education at least at the high school level
  • Service-oriented, meticulous, and structured
  • Quick learner with an understanding of industrial production
  • Flexibility to switch between different tasks
  • Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written
  • Good knowledge of other Nordic languages is an advantage

Desirable:

  • Previous experience with case management systems
  • Experience with administrative tasks
  • Experience in the construction industry
