Kirunabostäder AB is a public housing company owned by the municipality of Kiruna and is an important player in the development of Kiruna. The company aims to strengthen and develop housing for all people in Kiruna municipality.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

With us, you can expect a flexible job where no day is like the other. You will be our face to the public by being visible and available to our tenants daily. Your starting point is Vittangi, but the job may also involve assisting your colleagues in other parts of our management area in the eastern countryside.

Your main job responsibilities include:

• Responsibility for the daily operations and internal and external maintenance of assigned properties.
• Work with operation and maintenance in and around the properties through rounds, corrective maintenance, and preventive work in and around the properties.
• Operation and maintenance of the swimming pool.

On-call duty is included in the work.

QUALIFICATIONS

In connection with a generational shift, we have entered a new phase where we have developed the organization at our branch in the eastern countryside. We are looking for someone who, with great commitment, wants to help us develop and drive our work and mission in a positive direction. All to meet our tenants and customers in the best way.

We are looking for someone who has worked as a property caretaker or in a similar role. You are used to working independently and also have an easy time with teamwork. Knowledge and education of some kind in property management is desirable. Knowledge in plumbing, ventilation, electricity, construction, and control systems is an advantage. You have a well-developed ability to express yourself verbally and in writing in Swedish. A driver's license (B) is a requirement.

We are looking for a property caretaker with the possibility of upgrading the position depending on competencies.

You are reliable, engaged, structured, and have good collaboration skills with tenants, contractors, and colleagues. You are solution-oriented, flexible, and have a positive attitude. You are easy to understand and communicate in a responsive and humble manner. We place great importance on personal qualities.
