Project Manager at BDX Miljö in Kiruna

BDX Miljö continues to grow – and now we are looking for a project manager who wants to take a key role in our continued development in Kiruna. About the Role

As a project manager at BDX Miljö, you will have a central and responsible role in our operations. You will manage projects related to the environment, operational waste, and suction and flushing vehicle services, from planning to execution and follow-up. The work is carried out in close collaboration with our project managers, colleagues, and customers – where quality, safety, and customer benefit are always in focus.

The role is varied and operational. You will, among other things:

• Visit customers and build long-term relationships
• Conduct rounds, sampling, and follow-ups
• Be responsible for administration and documentation related to the projects
• Oversee daily operations concerning suction and flushing vehicle services and industrial customers

You will be part of an engaged team of about 19 colleagues in Norrbotten, where collaboration and knowledge sharing are a natural part of everyday life.

Your Profile

We are looking for someone with education in a relevant field, such as from a university or vocational school. However, the most important thing is that you have relevant work experience and enjoy working in an environment where responsibility, structure, and problem-solving are central. To excel in this role, good communication skills in Swedish, both spoken and written, are required. As a person, you are clear, confident, and communicative. You easily build trust, enjoy collaborating with others, and are willing to share your knowledge to support colleagues and customers in their daily work.

To succeed in the role, we see that you:

• Have experience in industrial or environmental-related operations
• Have good system skills and understand business systems
• Hold a valid driver's license (B)
