There is a lot happening at Gotlandshem, and we will continue to develop for many years to come. We are preparing to meet a significantly increased new production and a substantial need for maintenance of our existing property portfolio. We are now looking for a local manager who wants to help ensure that our commercial spaces and premises are functional, attractive, and sustainable.

ABOUT THE ROLE As a local manager, you will be part of Gotlandshem's management department, where our technical, financial, and property managers work. You will have the primary responsibility for our commercial premises on the island and work to develop, plan, and adapt spaces based on tenant needs and the company's long-term goals. In this role, you are expected to actively drive both strategic and operational issues, focusing on how our premises can be used, improved, and developed to create maximum value.

You will have a lot of contact with our tenants, where you are responsible for lease agreements, negotiations, and monitoring the functionality and economy of the premises. You will be an important part of various development projects and involved in planning and decision-making processes related to new production, renovations, and reconstructions affecting premises and space utilization. You will work closely with colleagues in several parts of the organization and act as a requirement setter in matters concerning the functionality, operation, and development of the premises. The work involves many contact points, both within and outside the company, and you will have the support of knowledgeable and engaged colleagues in your daily work.

ABOUT YOUWe are looking for someone with several years of experience in property management, local management, commercial leasing, or similar, where you have been responsible for premises, tenants, and space economy. You have good knowledge of contracts, lease law, and finance. Your education can be in property management, property technology, finance, construction, or equivalent competence.
