We are now looking for a licensed nurse for our operations. Attendo Bergtallsvägen is a special accommodation for elderly people where we provide care for individuals with dementia diagnoses. We are located opposite Långbroparken within walking distance to Fruängen's center with good transport connections. Here you will work with 2 nursing colleagues and be responsible for the care on one floor. Job description: Permanent position 100%. Working hours during daytime Monday to Friday. Start date according to agreement.

About the role As a nurse with us in our facilities, you will have a varied job where you work long-term with health plans to increase the quality of life for the residents, but you are also the one who makes assessments and decisions about measures in acute situations. Your responsibilities also include providing good palliative care. The transition to Close Care means that more and more healthcare interventions at a specialized level take place in the accommodation. This gives you a variety of stimulating and developing tasks. You have a leading role with great opportunities to influence the operations.

As a nurse within Attendo, you are significant and your competence is highly valued. The work is independent while you have access to many competent colleagues in our nursing networks. You are part of the team that works to empower the individual.

Main responsibilities

• Medication management

• Work in national quality registers

• Supervision of nursing staff

• Care responsibility for patients

Who are you?

As a person, you are responsible, independent, and humble with the ability to prioritize. You enjoy mentoring and delegating nursing staff in health and medical tasks and are motivated by creating high-quality care for those who live with us together with your colleagues and developing the operations together in the management team.

Qualifications

• Licensed nurse

• At least three years of professional experience, preferably in elderly care

• Very good knowledge of the Swedish language in both speech and writing

• Driving license B

It is an advantage if you also have

• Experience from working in private care operations

• Experience in supervision

• Education in geriatrics or district nursing.
