About the position

As a customer representative/technician at Euromaster, you are the face of the company. Your task is to listen to the customer's needs and guide them to the right choice of tires and service. You are responsible for ensuring that the customer journey is smooth and professional from start to finish.

The role is adapted according to our seasons:

• During the tire change season: The focus is on customer reception, upselling as a way to create a more satisfied customer, planning, and handling a high influx of customers in the store. Here, your ability to prioritize and provide good service is crucial.
• Between seasons: A significant part of your working hours is spent in the workshop. Here, you work practically alongside our other tire and vehicle technicians, which gives you the practical knowledge you need to be a credible advisor in customer meetings.

Who are you?

We are looking for a humble team player who enjoys varying tasks. You are good at meeting different types of people and ensure that every customer feels secure in their decisions.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has a good sense of service and enjoys a coordinating role between customer and workshop.
• Is comfortable with sales and can identify the customer's needs for tire storage or service.
• Is practical and motivated to learn the technical aspects of our services by working physically in the workshop.
• Is organized and can handle administrative tasks in our business systems.

Requirements and experience

• Requirement: B driver's license.
• Nice to have: Computer and system proficiency and experience working in business systems.
• Meritorious: Experience in inside sales or retail sales (e.g., specialty trade).
• Meritorious: Previous experience in the automotive industry.
