The Role of Sterile Technician

We are looking for you who are a trained sterile technician or nursing assistant. The work requires precision, stress resistance, and flexibility. We prefer that you have good computer skills and an interest in technology. The position is permanent, with a start date according to agreement. Working hours are during the day, evening, and some weekend shifts may occur. A probationary period may be applied.

Your Future Workplace

The sterile processing unit is responsible for instrument handling from operations, other units in the hospital, and health centers within the catchment area. These tasks include cleaning, instrument care, sterilization, and inventory management.

Your Profile

As a person, you need to be meticulous, caring, and eager to maintain quality standards. You are structured and plan, organize, and prioritize work effectively. You have good collaboration skills and work well with others. We are constantly working on improvement efforts to develop operations and patient safety, so we expect you to be flexible and able to quickly adapt to changing circumstances and see opportunities in changes. Great emphasis is placed on personal suitability.
