Tallgläntan is a special accommodation facility with various focuses within elderly care. There is accommodation for people with dementia, accommodation for older individuals with mental illnesses, as well as short-term accommodation at Tallgläntan.

We are now looking for several new colleagues as we expand our team. We work with more regular staff in planning to cover each other's absences. This means that you will work within a collaborative area and not just at one workplace. This contributes to good quality and provides a natural exchange of competence. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

As a person, you take the initiative in your work and see what needs to be prioritized from a holistic perspective. You have a high sense of service and are helpful towards your colleagues, ensuring that your tasks are carried out in a quality manner. You are confident in your professional role, responsible, meticulous, and work with the client in focus.

As staff with us, you provide individual and safe care by working in close relationships with the elderly and their relatives, viewing the elderly from a holistic perspective. You will perform certain medical care tasks based on delegation from a nurse. As part of your daily work, you will use the intraphone, which is part of our planning and documentation system. To succeed in this role, it is important that you have good collaboration and initiative skills and take responsibility for driving high-quality elderly care. Good reception is crucial for us.

Teamwork for Good Quality

We work in teams around the residents with care assistants, nursing assistants, nurses, occupational therapists, physiotherapists, and activity coordinators to offer health-promoting care of very high quality. This also means that you have secure support from colleagues, both care staff and other professional roles.

You will be placed on a floor with accommodation for individuals with dementia. Part of the position will include shift coverage, meaning you will cover another floor at Tallgläntan; you may also work shifts at other accommodations or in other operations that we collaborate with within Falkenberg Municipality.

QUALIFICATIONS

You are a trained nursing assistant and can provide proof from the National Board of Health and Welfare that you have the right to use the title. If you are waiting for your proof, you need to show that you have a valid nursing assistant education and that you have applied for and are waiting for proof from the National Board of Health and Welfare.

It is important that you have good computer skills and command the Swedish language well in both speech and writing. Personal suitability will be given significant weight.

OTHER

As of July 1, 2023, nursing assistant is a protected professional title. This means that proof from the National Board of Health and Welfare will be required to use the title nursing assistant within care and support.
