What the position entails

As an Operations Technician, you will work broadly within technical operations and property maintenance. You will be a central part in ensuring that work environments and properties function optimally – for customers, employees, and visitors.

Your main tasks include:

• Supervision and maintenance of the technical systems of properties
• Corrective maintenance primarily within heating, ventilation, and control systems
• Planned maintenance and long-term improvement work
• Operational optimization and development of systems and routines
• Documentation work and ongoing improvement proposals
• Participation in customer projects and assignment-based work
• Contributing ideas, initiatives, and improvements in daily work

You will work both independently and in close collaboration with your team, and you will play an important role in ensuring a safe, modern, and well-functioning property environment.

Who we are looking for

We are looking for someone with a solid technical background and a desire to further develop within property operations. You are confident in your skills, solution-oriented, and thrive in a role where service and technology go hand in hand.

We would like you to have:

• Relevant technical education
• Several years of experience in operations and maintenance of properties
• Good knowledge of control systems, and preferably ventilation
• Experience in cooling is an advantage
• Driving license B (mandatory)
• Good ability to communicate in Swedish and English
