About the Role & Our Client:

In your role as a customer service representative and salesperson for Telenor Consumer, you will assist private customers with inquiries regarding telephony, broadband, subscriptions, prepaid cards, and TV packages. You will work with customer support, savedesk, and incoming sales calls. Your most important task will be to provide customers with top-notch service and create a positive customer experience. The role offers significant development opportunities and a compensation model where only you set the limits.

To succeed in this role, we see that you:

• Have a complete high school education.
• Speak fluent Swedish.

Meritorious (but not required):

• Previous experience in customer service or sales.
• Computer literacy and experience working in various systems.
• Other language skills.
