Your role as a salesperson at Decatak involves:

· Proactive sales in residential areas

· Customer visits and roof inspections

· Presentation of solutions and quotes

· Relationship building and follow-up

· Active new customer acquisition

· Working in a structured way towards clear goals

You will work in selected areas where we already have references and a strong presence. When you knock on doors, you represent a company with over 20,000 completed roofs and the best product on the market – this gives you credibility from the very first second.

We are looking for someone who

· Has drive and wants to influence their own income

· Is confident in customer interactions

· Is results-oriented and responsible

· Has a B driver's license

· Speaks and writes Swedish fluently

Experience in sales is an advantage, but we place the greatest emphasis on personality, ambition, and attitude.
