Your Role

KL Industri is the leading supplier of substations in the Nordic region, and we are now looking for an engaged and technically skilled Regional Sales Representative for the Northern region. We are looking for someone with experience in electrical power and a natural interest in business and customer relations!

As a Regional Sales Representative with us, you will be an important part of our marketing and sales department, where you will closely collaborate with both inside sales representatives and project managers to create good service and high customer satisfaction. In this role, you will be responsible for selling KL Industri's products within your region and managing both existing customers and potential new business contacts. Your daily tasks will involve building and developing customer relationships through customer visits, trade shows, phone contacts, and other meeting formats.

You will actively work with incoming inquiries and prepare competitive bids that meet customer needs, while also identifying new business opportunities both in the short and long term.

You will work closely with our inside sales representatives who support you in the bidding processes, and you will have clear individual and shared goals to strive for. The work is characterized by creating long-term relationships, both internally and externally, where a high level of service is always at the center. The region covers Norrland, and you will primarily be based in Gävle or from any location within the region.

About You

We are looking for someone with an education or technical background in the field of electrical power and preferably previous experience in sales or other customer-facing roles. Experience in sales related to electricity distribution, industry, or contracting is an advantage.

As a person, you are business-oriented, communicative, and have an easy time making new contacts, while also collaborating in a humble and open manner. You work results-oriented, with personal responsibility, and are used to working independently.

You handle business systems effortlessly and express yourself well in both Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing. A valid driver's license (B) is also required for this position, as travel is a natural part of the job.
