As a Production Planner

As a production planner at Ursviken Technology, you will contribute to efficient flows, reliable deliveries, and strong results in daily operations. So if you thrive in a central role where you create structure and ensure that production runs smoothly, then this is something for you!

Your Responsibilities

As a Production Planner, you have a central and technically oriented role in planning, directing, and optimizing production based on customer orders, capacity, and material availability. The role involves close collaboration with production, management, preparation, purchasing, production technology, quality, and maintenance. An important part of the job is to identify technical obstacles and bottlenecks early and drive improvements to reduce lead times and increase delivery precision.

The work also involves producing analyses and decision-making materials such as capacity load and forecasts that contribute to a stable, predictable, and efficient production flow.

Your Profile

We are looking for someone with experience in production planning or who has worked closely with production and wants to take the next step. You have an understanding of production flows, capacity, and material management and enjoy working in a structured manner in a changing environment. Experience with ERP systems is a plus, preferably Monitor.

As a person, you are analytical, solution-oriented, and communicative, with the ability to make decisions and collaborate with many different roles. If you lack certain experience but have drive, commitment, and a willingness to develop, we see this as a great asset. You are curious, responsible, and motivated by creating structure and efficiency.
